About

An email team that runs the program and measures it

Email Path builds and runs lifecycle flows, protects deliverability, and turns campaign data into send decisions. We work inside the account you already pay for, so the list, the flows and every result stay yours. The pages below are written by people who run these programs for a living, not by a content desk reaching a word count.

Why Email Path exists

Most email advice online is filler dressed up as guidance: ranked lists ordered by who paid the most, and posts that say nothing in 1,500 words. We started Email Path to do the opposite. We run real programs, set a baseline, and measure against it. A flow either lifts revenue per recipient or it does not, and we will tell you which.

The work is numbers-first because email is measurable. Roughly one in six marketing emails never reaches the inbox (Validity, 2024), abandoned-cart flows average $3.65 in revenue per recipient (Klaviyo, 2024), and Apple Mail Privacy Protection makes raw open rates unreliable. We build around those facts instead of around opinions, and we show our working in a plain-English report every week.

How we work

We operate inside your existing ESP, whether that is Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or Brevo. You own the account, the subscriber list and every flow, segment and template we build. If we ever part ways, nothing of yours leaves with us. We do not resell software or hide your data behind our own tooling.

We fix deliverability before we send anything new. That means SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment, a one-click unsubscribe that meets the Gmail and Yahoo bulk-sender rules, and a sunset policy that clears dead subscribers dragging your reputation down. Gmail and Yahoo hold senders below a 0.30% spam-complaint rate, with 0.10% as the safer target, so we treat list hygiene as the foundation, not an afterthought. See how it works for the full sequence.

Editorial independence and no pay-to-recommend

We never move you to a different ESP to earn a referral fee. If a migration genuinely serves your list size, flows and budget, we will say so and handle it. If staying put is the right call, we say that instead. The recommendation follows your numbers, not our commercial relationships. Our published assessments and our services work on the same rule: when our honest view differs from what a partner would prefer, we publish the honest view.

An honest note: these are editorial personas that represent the practice's focus areas. They are AI-generated bylines used to organize our work and do not represent specific named individuals. Real practitioners build and review the programs; the bylines exist to keep each subject area consistent. Questions? Reach us through contact, or read the results to see the method applied.
